This package is designed to give you the best start on your healing journey and to support lasting results. Working together over two sessions allows time for deeper understanding, ongoing support, and adjustments to your plan as your body begins to respond to treatment.

This package provides the foundation for meaningful change giving you not just a plan, but continued guidance and care to help you feel your best.

What’s Included:

1. Initial Consultation (up to 90 minutes)
Your journey begins with an in-depth one-to-one consultation, available online or in person. Together, we’ll explore your full health history, lifestyle, diet, and emotional wellbeing to identify the root causes of imbalance.
Holistic assessments include:

• Tongue diagnostics (all clients)

• Iridology (for in-person clients only)
  

Following your consultation, you’ll receive:

• A personalised PDF treatment plan with lifestyle, dietary, and holistic recommendations

• A bespoke herbal prescription prepared specifically for you (includes tinctures, teas, or powders)

• Postage for your initial herbal prescription
  
  2. Follow-Up Consultation (up to 45 minutes)
  Approximately 4–6 weeks later, we’ll reconnect to review your progress, discuss any changes, and make adjustments to your treatment plan as needed. You’ll receive a refined herbal prescription and updated guidance to continue your healing journey with confidence.
  

  Ongoing Support:

  • Additional follow-up sessions: £60 each

  • Bespoke herbal tinctures: £15 per 100ml (average monthly supply: 400ml)

  • Herbal teas or powders: £15 per 100g (average monthly supply: 150–300g)
