Your body has an incredible capacity to restore balance and vitality when it’s given the right environment, nourishment, and tools. My role is not to “fix” you, but to support you, guide you, and share the knowledge and remedies that can help you along the way. With consistency, patience, and the belief that you can heal, your body is capable of wonderful things.
During the consultation, we’ll begin by exploring your overall health picture in detail. I’ll ask you questions about your current symptoms, your diet, your lifestyle, your stress levels, sleep, energy, and anything else you’d like to improve or heal from. Often, small symptoms that may seem unimportant on their own can actually be part of a bigger picture, so together we’ll gently piece those threads together.
We’ll talk about your diet, not just in terms of “you are what you eat,” but more importantly, “you are what you absorb and what you eliminate.” What we don't eliminate stays inside us and potentially causes inflammation which drives diseases and fuels symptoms.
Every person and every situation is unique, which means no two treatment plans are ever the same. Depending on your needs, I may prescribe a tailored herbal remedy that I will prepare and dispense for you. I may also suggest dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, mindful practices, supplements for short-term support, or even a gentle detoxification protocol if appropriate.
I may also use some traditional assessment tools to gain a deeper understanding of your constitution:
Tongue analysis – an ancient practice used in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to highlight areas of imbalance or weakness.
Iridology (the study of the iris) – which can give insight into inherited tendencies and constitutional strengths or weaknesses.
Pulse reading – not to measure blood pressure, but to sense subtle imbalances and rhythms within the body.
Once our consultation is complete, I’ll take time to carefully review my notes before creating your personalised treatment plan. This allows me to reflect on everything we’ve discussed and, if needed, do additional research to make sure I’m giving you the best possible support. Within two working days, I’ll send your plan to you by email, along with your remedy either posted or available for collection.
At a follow-up consultation, we’ll check in on your progress. We’ll review how you got on with the remedy and the lifestyle advice, explore what felt supportive, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. This is a space to celebrate your wins, talk through any challenges, and set new goals if you’d like to continue your journey.
